Twenty (20) of these hours must be in one or more of the following settings; acute care (hospital), rehab (transitional or day rehab), short or long term (nursing homes or assisted living), pediatrics, wound care specialty care centers, or home health. Volunteer hours must be under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
