Although we do not require observation hours, we highly recommend that you indicate all experiences working with patients in any medical setting in your application.  In the PTCAS essay and the experience section, inform the committee why you have chosen Physical Therapy. We are looking at a PT letter of reference which is best obtained during working or observation hours.
