There is a 6 year limit on the age of prerequisite course work prior to your entry into the PT program.  However, this can be petitioned, if you are able to show in work or life experience that current knowledge of subject area has been maintained. 

All prerequisite courses must be completed with passing grades and no more than 2 may be submitted with grades below B (i.e. B- or below).
Anatomy and/or Physiology (A&P) course prerequisites MUST be completed in biology, neuroscience, anatomy, or integrated physiology department

This prerequisite can be met with Anatomy & Physiology I and Anatomy & Physiology II with corresponding lab courses, OR this can be met with a Human Anatomy course with lab. Coursework older than 6 years not accepted. No coursework achieved via AP credit is eligible to complete this prerequisite.
