GRE scores must include analytical writing section.  Combined verbal and quantitative scores of 296 (150 verbal, and/or 146 quantitative) are the recommended scores for eligibility.  Scores below 3.5 writing, will require a remediatal writing course at CSU as a prerequisite/elective.  GRE scores are valid for 5 years.

Prerequisite Grade Requirements: At least five prerequisite courses must be completed with verified grades at the time of application. The program requires at least a grade of C in all prerequisite courses. However, no more than 2 prerequisite grades of B- or lower are acceptable.  

An application with more than two grades below B-level is still eligible for application, however the excessive grades below B (more than 2) will not count towards the 5 prerequisite minimum. If accepted, the excessive courses must be retaken and completed with acceptable grades before admission.

All prerequisites must be taken within 6 years from time of application (10/1/2015).

Program uses the Overall Cumulative GPA calculated by PTCAS for the overall GPA.
