    Supplemental application fees should be mailed directly to the institution and are not included in (or associated with) any PTCAS fees. The non-refundable application fee is: $75 for in-state applicants and $100 for out-of-state applicants. This can be paid by either check or money order and mailed directly to: Langston University School of Physical Therapy PO Box 1500 Langston, OK 73050 Please do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Misty Wakefield with questions at mwakefield@langston.edu.

    DEADLINE EXTENDED The Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFU) has extended its deadline to December 1, 2020.     The Doctor of Physical Therapy program at College of Saint Mary prepares future physical therapists to be competent clinicians in evaluating and treating patients/clients across the lifespan and conditions effecting all body systems using a blended-learning model of instruction. Join our DPT faculty and staff in an online virtual session November 18 at 7PM CST to learn more about the program and applying for the June 2021 start date! The Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS) is a service of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). PTCAS allows applicants to use a single application and one set of materials to apply to multiple DPT programs.

Visit the PTCAS Applicant Help Center and directory pages before you apply. The 2018-2019 application is now open.
