Prerequisites completed within the past 10 years from matriculation (Fall 2013 to current)
 
 C+ or better
o   One course in anatomy with Lab
o   One course in physiology with Lab
  Or two courses sequence in anatomy and physiology with lab
o   Two courses in biological sciences
o   One course in psychology/sociology 
 
C or better
o   Two courses in general chemistry with Lab
o   Two courses in general physics with Lab
o   One course in statistics
