Three or more letters of reference are required, with one from an academic professional (such as a professor or an academic advisor), and one from a supervisory healthcare professional (such as a physical therapist where you worked or observed, or another health care provider in a setting where you worked or observed). The third reference can be from any of the other listed acceptable reference types. Coworker references are only accepted if they are a licensed healthcare provider. If you are unable to provide a healthcare professional recommendation, a second letter from an academic professional is preferred.
