Applications will be considered only if the PTCAS application and the WSU Graduate School applications are completed by the posted deadlines. Applicants meeting all minimum qualifications will be sent the WSU DPT Qualtrics Supplemental in mid-October. 

Graduate School Application and one official transcript MUST be submitted directly to the WSU Graduate School for all undergraduate and graduate academic institutions attended.

All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of "C" (2.0) or better.      

All Math / Science prerequisite courses must be completed within the last 6 years. 

Prerequisite courses that were taken more than 10 years prior to application will only be considered by petition to the Physical Therapy Admissions Committee (ptadmissions@wichita.edu).
