To ensure that processing of your application not be delayed, all supporting documents (letters of recommendation, transcripts, and verified observation hours) and GRE scores must have arrived at PTCAS by the application deadline (9/15/2020).  This deadline is firm.

All documents including transcripts, recommendation letters, and observation hours will only be accepted through PTCAS. No documents should be mailed, emailed or faxed to the Division of Physical Therapy at UNC Chapel Hill. 

Note: The supplemental application and fee ($95 UNC fee) is a separate requirement from the fees paid through PTCAS and is due by September 22, 2020.

It is HIGHLY recommended that applicants submit materials early. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated.
