"This page is intended for college transfer students and graduates ONLY. High school students MUST contact the institution directly for information about the guaranteed freshman-entry program. Do not apply using PTCAS."
The Saint Louis University Program in Physical Therapy is a freshman admit program with students completing a 6-year program combining a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and the Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees. Typically, a cohort of 95 freshman students are admitted each fall. The attrition of students during the pre-professional phase is primarily a result of major changes by student; only a small percentage of students either leave the university or do not meet the necessary academic and/or professional behavior requirements. Consequently, admission for post-baccalaureate students is based on space availability. At this time, Saint Louis University Program in Physical Therapy does not accept applications though PTCAS. Potential applicants can stay informed about post-baccalaureate admission possibility by contacting Recruitment Specialist at dchs@health.slu.edu.
