This application opens and closes on the same dates as the NAU PTCAS application and cannot be reopened. Applicants who do not submit the NAU Graduate College application by October 1st, 2020 will be immediately declined admission to the program. Official GRE scores MUST be submitted to PTCAS for their validation prior to review by the program. Self-submitted GRE scores are INELIGIBLE. Official GRE scores MUST be validated by PTCAS before 10/23/2020 to be considered for the admissions process. Applicants who do not have official GRE scores verified by PTCAS posted to their application by 10/23/2020 will be immediately denied. NAU DPT requires the general GRE exam.

Applications with less than 3 references from the required types of evaluators will not be considered. 3 reference letters must be submitted by the October 1st, 2020 deadline for your application to be considered. Applications missing the required references by the posted deadline will be immediately declined. References submitted by evaluator types that are listed above as "not accepted" will not be reviewed and will not be counted towards the 3 letters required. PTCAS only allows you to have 4 references and does not allow you to delete and resubmit references so please consider your references carefully.
