General Information 
All applicants are required to review  the Howard University DPT Prerequisite Course Form.  This form can be found on the Department of Physical Therapy website.  

Courses taken seven or more years ago will NOT be accepted .  These courses must  be taken again to meet prerequisite requirements.  Any questions should be forwarded to the Admissions Committee at dptadmissions@howard.edu.  Applicants can also call at (202) 806-7614
Anatomy and/or Physiology (A&P) course prerequisites MUST be completed in biology, neuroscience, anatomy, or integrated physiology department
