Program Description

The Physical Therapy Program is a three-year graduate program leading to a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Our program is the first of its kind offered among universities within the fellowship of churches of Christ.

HUPT desires to graduate physical therapists who accept the responsibility of improving the spiritual and physical wellness of the world by providing patient-centered care that ensures optimal physical therapy outcomes delivered through the highest standards of Christian service.

In efforts to encourage a global perspective, we provide students the opportunity to participate in a two-week medical missions practicum in Zambia Africa. The students will participate in inter-professional  treatment of patients with variety of medical diagnoses.
