In 1992, Creighton University established the nation's first Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT), a standard now followed by every other physical therapy (PT) program. Today, Creighton's PT program is ranked in the Top-10 by U.S. News & World Report. We offer students an ideal setting for innovative work focusing on maintaining quality and dignity of life and enriching the human community.
At Creighton Physical Therapy, our mission is to improve lives and society through a commitment to provide an exemplary education to our students, contribute to research in the profession and provide service to those in need within our Jesuit values and tradition. We are committed to leadership in clinical doctoral education, and our curriculum continues to evolve through integrated course content that reflects the dynamic and ever-changing health care landscape.
