Additional information about program's reference requirements
The Program requires 3 references (PTCAS form AND narrative included within PTCAS form) from:

 (1) someone practicing physical therapy and can address the applicant's potential as a physical therapist

 (2) someone who can address the applicant's academic ability.

 (3) someone who can address the applicant's character.

It is the applicant's responsibility to inform their evaluators that both the reference request form AND a narrative (included within the PTCAS form) is required. For the electronic reference form referrers can add narrative in the comments section.

For paper reference form referrers can attach a letter and the applicant can upload the letter with their application through the document upload section of the application.

Your letters of recommendation make a difference. We receive many more applications from qualified applicants than we have positions. The insight that is provided in your letters of recommendation is essential to the admissions committee to make difficult decisions.
