* If you are an international student then please submit a $50 supplemental fee by money order ONLY.   

* All students: An additional processing fee of $30.00 will be collected if you are selected to interview with the program.  

* Please DO NOT submit your supplemental fee payment of $40 to the College of Graduate Studies at Angelo State University until you have submitted an application with PTCAS.

* Applicants must complete at least 50 hours that includes two different areas of clinical practice. 

* Examples of different practice settings include:

- outpatient clinics 
- hospitals

- skilled nursing or extended care of subacute facilities.
