Important COVID-19 Update Due to the restrictions placed on students related to COVID-19, AIC's Department of Physical Therapy has made changes to previously published prerequisite course and observation hour requirements. Please see below for further details. Observation Hours: Fall 21 applicants only AIC recommends that applicants participate in a minimum of 20 hours of observation prior to application. Participation in observation hours is not required, but is still recommended if the opportunity arises, for Fall 21 applicants due to the restrictions on volunteer participation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prerequisite Courses: Students enrolled in required prerequisite courses during the Spring 20, Summer 20 or Fall 20 academic terms as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic may submit pass/fail grades in lieu of letter grades for the affected course. All required prerequisite courses must be completed by May 30, 2021 for entry into the 2021 class.
